Well at last it's here, the year 2010 and boy has it started off well...I had 2 days off work before returning and had a trip around London on Monday 4th, and an afternoon session at Kings Langley on Tuesday 5th. Some heritage traction seen including Class 20s! Enjoy!

My final day of annual leave was spent at Carlisle (until lunchtime, when I got bored and cold!) then one image of a Freightliner passing through Platform 13 at Manchester Piccadilly. I stopped off at Milton Keynes on the way back too but too dark for stills by then!

A trip to Cumbria for the DRS 'floodex' loco hauled trains which today featured 37610 and 47501...undeniably the 37 stole the show :-) Also a selection of pictures from Carlisle station, mainly in the evening which sadly did not live up to its expectations-it just isn't as busy there any more!

A selection of photos from Tamworth, Nuneaton, Rugby and Milton Keynes. Includes the immaculate 31106 working a test train along the WCML during the day and also at night in Platform 2A at Milton Keynes!

A trip to London to catch 37194 on a stoneblower move from Ashford-Worksop and also 90019 on the Euston-Preston passenger. The autumn colours were very evident in these photos, taken mainly along the North London Line.

A 2 day trip to the Anglia region to focus mainly on the DRS-operated RHTTs in the region, however a number of other things were seen including a selection of freight at Ipswich and Colchester, plus the inevitable Class 90s on passenger services. Please note that my RHTT shots are in the 'RHTT Action in 2009' collection!
